EMRISE CORPORATION FINALIZES $23 MILLION MULTI-NATIONAL DEBT

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, December 5, 2007 - EMRISE
CORPORATION (NYSE Arca: ERI), a multi-national manufacturer
of defense, aerospace and industrial electronic devices and
communications equipment, today announced that it has
secured a three-year multi-national debt financing totaling
$23 million. The company previously announced, on November
8, 2007, the receipt of a commitment letter regarding this
debt financing and the fact that it anticipated closing the
transaction on or before December 7, 2007. On November 30,
2007, EMRISE concluded the transaction. The new debt
facility provides for a $7 million revolving credit line and
a $6 million term loan. The revolving credit line and term
loan will be used primarily for working capital purposes.
The financing also provides for a separate term facility in
the amount of $10 million to be available exclusively for
purposes of acquisitions.

RO Associates, Inc. announces a new model in its
MicroVerter® UV300-164LF dc-dc converter series: the
UV300-15-164LF. The UV300-15-164LF produces up to 20A of low
noise 15V power from a 300V nominal power source. Like the
other models in this series, the UV300-15-164LF uses RO's
unique MicroVerter® "3/4 brick" package with a form factor of
2.4 x 3.6 x 0.5 inches and an operating baseplate temperature
range of -40°C to +100°C.
The UV300-15-164LF provides many operational and
protection features including remote On/Off, trimmable output
voltage, remote sense, and paralleling with active current
sharing. The protection features include OTP, non-shutdown
"clamp" style OVP, and constant current mode OCP. This
module is designed for auto-recovery from all protection
modes.

California, July 24th, 2007 – RO today appointed
John E. (Jack) McDonnal to the post of Vice President,
General Manager and successor to former leader Richard D.
Okada upon the heels of Mr. Okada’s announcement of
retirement. Mr. McDonnal joined RO in 1980 after receiving
his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of California at Berkeley. He worked at RO under
the leadership of founder Dr. Robert H. Okada for over 25
years before son Richard’s short 2 year stint as RO’s
leader. Mr. McDonnal, Vice President of Engineering at RO
since 1987, is named as sole inventor on four US patents
related to power conversion which are assigned to RO and has
been responsible for the design and development of new
products at RO for many years, including RO’s current
product lines.

Completes Move to ENCS Facility

San Jose,
California, March 28, 2007 – RO completed the move of its
Administrative, Sales and Engineering operations to the
EMRISE Northern California Subsidiaries Facility in San
Jose, California. RO, a part of the EMRISE Electronic
Components Group, now shares the San Jose facility with CXR
Larus Corporation of the EMRISE Telecommunications Group.
The facility was recently remodeled to include additional
office space which RO now occupies. Construction of a new
Engineering Lab for RO is underway and expected to be
completed within a month. Meanwhile, RO’s manufacturing
operations, including equipment, processes and people, were
moved to a nearby contractor in Fremont, California. RO’s
new ISO 9001-2000 contract manufacturing partner will
continue to operate RO’s manufacturing equipment, including
specialty equipment for the RO product but will augment the
line with additional equipment already present at the site.

high current dc-dc converter series, the MicroVerter®
UV300-164LF Series, and releases its first three models:
the UV300-5-164LF, UV300-12-164LF, and UV300-24-164LF.
The UV300-5-164LF produces up to 50A of low noise 5V power,
the UV300-12-164LF produces up to 25A of low noise 12V power,
and the UV300-24-164LF produces up to 12.5A of low noise 24V
power. All three models operate over a wide input range of
220Vdc to 400Vdc.
